OVERVIEW
In order to help you with the installation, configuration and maintenance of our Wireless IOT Sensors, we have the BeanAir Technical Support Center (BTSC) team who will guide you through all of the mentioned process.
The services offered by the BCTS cover four key points:
• Technical Assistance by email. Customers will be replied within 1 or 2 Business days (free of cost for 3 months from the date of purchase)
• Free & Unlimited access to all Technical Documents on our FTP server
• An optional Operational Maintenance service of BeanAir Hardware & Software
• Also an opportunity to be trained by an experienced BeanAir Engineer by phone or at home

Technical Assistance by email is free of charge over a period of 3 months from the date of purchase of your equipment:
We reply within 1 or 2 business days. All our Tech Support Engineers are bilingual and can speak English & French.

Access to technical documents using BeanAir FTP server
An FTP server technical support is available to our customers. It is regularly updated by our R & D at least 2 to 3 times by month .
The technical data are the following:
• Device User Manual in English and French
• Application Notes describe more precisely on how to install and deploy Wireless IOT Sensors
• Technical Videos
• Documents pertaining to the autonomy of different BeanDevices
• Flyers of all the BeanDevices

Operational Maintenance Service
BeanAir offers services for Maintenance on Operational Condition (MOC) of its products (Hardware & Software). We can provide the MOC for the following products:
• Rechargeable batteries ending its life cycle or Primary cells
• Major software updates for applications
• Electronics Board update for BeanDevice® and BeanGateway®
This service includes product degradation of any kind. Services provided for maintenance are fully packaged.
Training a Remote Customer or In-Situ
We offer training programs by telephone or at the customer’s office:
• General description of Wireless IOT Sensors
• Configuration and Management of Wireless IOT Sensors
• Analysing the measurement data stored by the Log files
• Maintenance and software updates for the devices and the monitoring software
