The BeanDevice® WiLow® X-INC is an ultra-low-power (ULP) Wi-Fi combo sensor engineered for simultaneous, high-precision vibration, and tilt monitoring.
This all-in-one device integrates a high-performance accelerometer with a bi-axis inclinometer, which is available in two measurement ranges (±15° or ±30°).

An integrated data logger ensures reliable performance in demanding IoT applications. This robust sensor offers versatile mounting (screw or magnetic) and antenna configurations to suit various deployment needs. With solar energy harvesting capabilities, WiLow® X-INC enables autonomous, maintenance-free operation, making it the ideal solution for comprehensive structural and industrial monitoring.

Advanced Vibration Analysis Tools

This WIFI Combo Sensor comes with two reliable and complimentary sensors inside the same box:
  • A high-performance Tri-axis accelerometer a very low noise operation (45 µg/√Hz for the ±2g version).
  • An inclinometer sensor with great measurement repeatability  (±0.003° on full Scale for ±15B version ) with a measurement range of ±15° or ±30°
A smart energy management (USB and Energy Harvesting) allows power supply the BeanDevice® Wilow® from the internal Lithium-Polymer rechargeable battery, USB Power Bank or from a solar panel.
Store and Forward+, a lossless data transmission mechanism, enables a large-scale deployment of WiLow® sensors on industrial applications where data transmission is critical.
The BeanScape® Wilow® (only Premium and RA versions), a supervision software dedicated to our Wireless IIOT sensors comes with a complete vibration analysis report:
Real-Time vibration and Velocity display
• Advanced vibration analysis tool: FFT, PPV (Peak Particle Velocity) on the ±2g version only,
Amplitude measurement for structure movement monitoring
Automatic FFT and Peak Particle Velocity reports (meeting the DIN4150-3 standard)

How it Works ?

Wilow® sensors can easily work with a third-party WIFI access point. Just simply connect your PC/Laptop and your Beandevice Wilow® to your WIFI Access point, and start to receive real-time data stream on your own IOT software ( thanks to MQTT) or our supervision software (BeanScape® Wilow®).

By default , our Wilow® sensors are provided with a free version of our supervision software ( BeanScape® Wilow® Lite) , users can get an access to the IOT sensor Dashboard, visualize real-time graph display ,  configure MQTT framework and backup data measurement  on a log file.
