BeanDevice® 2.4GHz AX-3D XRange
The BeanDevice® 2.4GHz AX-3D XRange is a wireless vibration sensor with a built-in data logger, available in multiple versions to suit different needs. It offers:
• Measurement ranges: ±2g or ±10g
• Mounting options: Screw or magnetic
• Antenna choices: High-Gain Antenna or Radome Antenna
● Key Features
Designed with a waterproof (IP67/NEMA 6) and lightweight aluminum casing, this sensor ensures durability in harsh environments. It features ultra-low noise (45 µg/√Hz for the ±2g version) and an integrated data logger capable of storing up to 8 million data logs. The ±2g version is ideal for acceleration and velocity monitoring.

● Built-In Hardware Filter:
Equipped with a 5th-order anti-aliasing filter (remotely programmable) and a software IIR filter, the BeanDevice® 2.4GHz AX-3D XRange ensures reliable operation in demanding environments such as construction sites and structural monitoring.
Our innovative TimeSync® function achieves ±2.5ms time synchronization across wireless sensor networks, enhancing data fusion and modal analysis for an improved user experience.

The BeanScape® Premium is a supervision software designed for Beanair® WSN, providing a comprehensive vibration analysis report, including:
• Real-time vibration and velocity display
• Advanced analysis tools: FFT (Fast Fourier Transform), PPV (Peak Particle Velocity), and Velocity measurements
• Automated reports: FFT with PPV values and velocity reports compliant with DIN 4150-3
• Email alerts: Automatic alarm generation when a trigger threshold is reached

This sensor is ideal for various vibration monitoring applications, including:
• Dynamic measurements for rolling stock
• Vibration analysis for predictive maintenance and diagnostics
Compared to the standard version, the XRange model provides enhanced data logger capacity and supports both screw and magnetic mounting for greater installation flexibility.
